Desserts and Demos 2008: Chemistry department presents: Desserts and Demos. Students and teachers from local schools come to campus for liquid nitrogen ice cream and desserts, hands-on chemistry activities, and some of the favorite and flashy chemical demonstrations to be done by PLU Chem faculty and students.
