This house may have been used as a Youth House, which hosted visiting youth and their guardians from various Lutheran Congregations. It is now the Theatre House.
Presidents Tingelstad and Eastvold occupied this building until 1956 when a new presidential residence became available. Between 1956 and 1966, it was the home of the campus pastor. When Mortvedt library was built, the residence was moved to a location in Parkland
