The University Archives Reference Files on Faculty and Staff contain information regarding PLU employees gathered from Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and other sources. These may include newspaper clippings, press releases, biographical information, photographs, correspondence, and other content related to the employees PLU career. The SIE Manuscript Collection consists of materials relating to Scandinavian immigrants and their descendants including biographies, personal documents, scrapbooks, correspondence, publications, and photographs.
President Kennedy Convocation Collection
Materials related to the co-convocation of PLU and UPS on September 27, 1963, at which President John Kennedy spoke.

The Nisqually Plains Collection consists of materials on local history of the PLU area collected by Dr. Arthur Martinson. Records include historical Tacoma postcards and promotional materials, correspondence on establishing the Nisqually Plains Room, interviews with former students of Harts Lake School, and listings of photos in the collection.
