The publication's first several issues were handwritten before it began being printed as a small booklet.

The records include legal documents, subscription lists, Spokane College Ledger, Spokane College Bulletin and Course Catalog, Collfax, Echo, and Aromaz publications, and photographs.

Files may also include correspondence, event information, membership lists, and other records relating student organization operations.

The Chris Tumbusch Photographs record group is comprised of scanned images of the print photographs and negatives of PLU Director of Photography Services Chris Tumbusch, who served in that capacity from 1995 to 2003. Descriptions of the images are from a legacy system and are considered unverified. On scans of print photos verso text has been appended to the description when available and is preceded by the note "Back of photo."

The record group is divided into two series, Prints and Negatives. The Prints series is subdivided into Files of 50 images each. The Negatives series is split into subseries for each year.
