Chemistry and Desserts 2008: Chemistry department presents: Desserts and Demos 2008. Students and teachers from local high schools and middle schools came to campus for liquid nitrogen ice cream and desserts, hands-on chemistry activities, and some of favorite and flashy chemical demonstrations to be done by PLU Chem faculty and students.
