The University Archives collects, organizes, preserves, describes, and provides access to analog and digital records, photographs, artifacts, and audiovisual materials of permanent administrative, legal, and historical value to Pacific Lutheran University. These materials document the history and mission of the University, its administrative and academic units, and the activities of its faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

  • Bulletin - Targeting external audiences, this publication was titled PLA Bulletin (1911-1912), PLC Bulletin (1921-1959), PLU Bulletin (1960-1964), and Reflections (1964-1970). All years available online.
  • Campus Voice - An internal website of campus news and events roundup also featuring classifieds. Published by the PLU Office of Public Information, 1996 and 1997 available online.
  • Course Catalogs - Typically include descriptions of individual courses to be offered in the upcoming academic year, information included in the catalogs differ by year. 1894-present available online.
  • Lutheran University Herald - Norwegian language "pedagogical social and literary monthly" published by PLU, 1891-1893 available online.
  • Pacific Herold - Norwegian language newspaper published by Pacific Lutheran University, 1895-1918 available online.
  • Resolute - A magazine published three times a year by PLU's department of Marketing and Communication 2014 to present, 2014-2018 available online.
  • Scene - A magazine produced by PLU's department of Marketing and Communications, covering the years 1970-2013, all years available online.

  • The Matrix - PLU students' journal of social justice. 19 issues from 2004 to 2018 available online.
