      General note

      This congregation was organized November 30, 1919, and the Baptist church was leased on December 16, 1920, with the first service there held on Christmas Eve. The present site was purchased in May of 1923. In May of 1932 the Pasco and Kennewick congregations were combined with services held in Kennewick. On June 6, 1937 services were again held in the Baptist Church in Pasco. The church was completed and dedicated May 28, 1939. The parsonage at 5th and Bonneville was purchased on July 1, 1946. A second parsonage, at 626 W. Bonneville, was purchased in October of 1965. The 60th anniversary was celebrated in 1979.
