      General note

For a number of years in the thirties and forties, a group of Lutheran women met regularly as a Lutheran Ladies’ Aid. In June of 1947 the Lutheran pastors from the Tri-Cities took turns holding services every two weeks. This continued until the congregation’s organization in March of 1947. In the fall of 1951 the present parsonage and church were dedicated. The congregation celebrated its 30th anniversary in 1978.
