Almanac (Complementary) from the Lutheran Publishing House in Decorah, Iowa. Headings and dates in Norwegian and there are slight annotations: figures in the front and various ledger entries in the back of the almanac. It appears that this did not function as a full diary.
A series of cash ledgers (each with Xavier’s name at the top) detailing expenses with dates ranging from 1867 to 1901. Contents of the ledgers vary and are possibly practice figure books from Xavier’s early education.
A bound book entitled (inside) “Hermeneutics: The Lectures as Given in Class by Prof. W. M. H. Petersen” that was noted and abridged by Xavier during his time at Luther Seminary in Robbinsdale, Minnesota in 1896.
