The earliest years of the publication were primarily geared towards potential students while the later years focused more on alumni. The publication was titled as follows: "Pacific Lutheran Academy Bulletin," (1911-1912) "Pacific Lutheran College Bulletin," (1921-1959), "Pacific Lutheran University Bulletin," (1960-1964), "Reflections," (1964-1970).
