The Hurricane was a student literary journal and newsletter published by the Lyceum Student Literary Society. It included campus news, creative writing, editorials, and coverage of athletics events, debates, and theatrical performances. The publication's first several issues were handwritten before it began being printed as a small booklet.
Lyceum Student Literary SocietyContains records from the Department of Sociology. Included are departmental correspondence, various reports, meeting minutes, as well as documents related to classes, faculty, and events. Contents are primarily arranged according to subject matter.
The Chris Tumbusch Photographs record group is comprised of scanned images of the print photographs and negatives of PLU Director of Photography Services Chris Tumbusch, who served in that capacity from 1995 to 2003. Descriptions of the images are from a legacy system and are considered unverified. On scans of print photos verso text has been appended to the description when available and is preceded by the note "Back of photo."
The record group is divided into two series, Prints and Negatives. The Prints series is subdivided into Files of 50 images each. The Negatives series is split into subseries for each year.
