General note
This congregation was organized in 1925 when a group of Lutherans rented an unused Methodist church. A few years later the Methodists reorganized, and the Lutherans moved to the Episcopal Church. When the Methodists disbanded the Lutherans bought their church, and they worshipped there until October 26, 1980 when a new sanctuary was dedicated. The parish became aligned with Red Lodge with a joint pastor.
