      General note

This rural congregation is located approximately15 miles west of Brockton. It was organized as Zion Lutheran Free Church. Services were held in homes until the fall of 1928 when a church was built. In 1944 an improvement fund made it possible to build a new church. This was dedicated on December 25, 1950. In 1962, the congregation became a member of the ALC.
