General note

Pastor Waldemar Hintz, mission developer for the ULCA, organized this congregation in the February of 1950. In June Rev. Pechman, the congregation’s first pastor, was installed. Several months later property was purchased, and two years later the new building was dedicated. On February 28, 1971 the congregation celebrated the final payment of its indebtedness on the building.
