This congregation was organized as Salem Lutheran Church on July 17, 1960 with Donald G. Reese as pastor. It was started by the Board of American Missions of the ALC. On December 4, 1960 the name was officially changed to Our Savior’s when the congregation was established by the synod.The church was dedicated on April 30, 1961.
